Session #2: Postpartum Prep
Ideal in the second half of your pregnancy. Everyone prepares for the birth but your postpartum journey is just as intense and lasts a lot longer! This class will focus on what to consider when making a postpartum care plan and begin building the skills and mindset you will need to implement the plan.
We'll discuss:
- infant feeding
- scheduling visitors
- how to ask for help
- communication and boundaries for a healthy relationship
- physical expectations for recovery
