Session #4: Birth Plans & More
Our goal for all clients is a labour and birth where you feel that you had choices and your team listened to you. This is achievable even if the circumstances don't allow your birth to unfold according to your Plan A. Birth is a natural process that we can't control and this session will set you up to be clear about your goals, understand how to communicate your wishes, and feel good about the decisions you make in the process.
We'll discuss:
how to create a flexible birth plan that doesn't leave you grasping for control
appropriate goal setting for the labour and birth process
informed choice and how to advocate for yourself during birth
